PLEASE NOTE: We are currently experiencing delays in shipping due to corona virus. If you have ordered do not worry all products are safe. According to the WHO (World Health Organization) deliveries pose no risk for infection as the virus cannot survive on surfaces in transit.

We are still shipping orders however various countries have been placing delays on shipments and postal services have been operating at lower capacities. For this reason you can expect delays on orders placed March and April 2020. 

If you have ordered in March or April of 2020 we apologize for any delay.

If your order has already been placed and you did not receive a discount  please email: info@uniquekrate.com and we will apply the discount to your order. 

If your order does not arrive within 40 days of the time of your order we can offer you a 30% refund on your entire order. Simply email info@uniquekrate.com with your order # and we will give you the refund within 24 hours. Additional replacement shipments can be sent out as well in certain cases that may call for this. 

Please be aware when ordering the discount code is not guaranteed to work with other discounts. If you have already received a discount from other discount codes or bundle offers this discount may not apply.

Any orders requested to be shipped anywhere else are subject to be canceled and given a full refund. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! 

Orders typically are received within 1-4 weeks + 3-5 days processing time. Shipping times vary based on product, customer location, demand and shipping location.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products. Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!

If you have received a tracking number for only one of your items please email info@uniquekrate.com with your name and order number for assistance in tracking the rest of your order. 

 

What happens if my order gets lost or stuck in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal services are out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new package with full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

What happens if my orders shipment is delayed?

We do our best to ensure all orders arrive in the estimated time as shown the product page however delays can occur. We apologize for this unfortunately the postal services are out of our control.

If your shipment is delayed and does not arrive within 40 days of the time of your order you are entitled to a partial refund. 

Please email info@unqiuekrate.com and we will respond within 24 hours after reviewing your order to inform you of your partial refund. 

 

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
