Q. What is your return policy on damaged goods?

 A. If a product you order arrives damaged please email our support team and we will have a new product sent to you immediately.  We cannot be responsible for replacing damaged products beyond 72 hours after receipt.

A. Orders typically are received within 1-3 weeks + 3-5 days processing time.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
